Detail Feedback Report
This report provides detailed feedforward inputs on your competencies based on different perspectives — your own and those of your manager, peers, direct reports or skip level. The entire report is based on the analysis of responses to the 360º Assessment Survey that you and others completed recently. In using this report it is important to remember that the feedforward input you have received, reflects different people's perceptions about you. It does not represent some absolute, unchanging, all-consuming truth.
