Manager Development Survey (CARE model)

A structured evaluation that measures managers on their ability to Connect with team members, Act to build high-performing teams, Respect by fostering trust, and Empower team members to reach their full potential.

Manager Effectiveness Survey

The Manager Effectiveness Survey is designed with two sets of indexes: engagement index and manager index. The engagement index dimensions focus on pride, presence, and performance, while the manager index dimensions encompass connect, act, respect, and empower.

Engagement Dimensions

Embrace pride, promote positivity, and advocate for the organization. Employees who cultivate a deep sense of pride in their work exhibit heightened energy, focus, and motivation.

The intent of an employee to have an intense desire to be a member of the organization mentally and physically, fueled by a consistent positive drive to align with the organization's mission.

Achieving high performance and consistently striving to exceed goals to drive organizational success, while maintaining alignment with the business's core purpose.

Manager Dimensions

Assesses how well the manager builds individual relationships, showing genuine care and support for each team member.

Evaluates the manager’s ability to build and sustain a high-performing team that consistently meets or exceeds organizational goals.

Measures the extent to which the manager fosters an environment of trust and mutual respect within the team.

Examines the manager’s ability to empower team members, helping them develop and bring out their best potential.

Manager Report

A Manager Report Card is a concise summary that highlights a manager’s team engagement score and their overall manager score. It provides a snapshot of a manager’s performance across key indices and demographic segments, such as department or division. The report card incorporates results from the CARE Framework Scores, 3P Framework Scores, Organization Scores, and Net Promoter Scores, offering a comprehensive view of managerial effectiveness.

3 Level reporting

Overall organization scores based on 3P (Pride, Presence, Performance) scores and CARE (connect, act, respect, and empower) model scores.

It provides a snapshot of a manager’s team performance across key indices and demographic segments, such as Business unit, department, division or functions.

Engagement & Manager Score detail analysis.

Manager Action Plan

In the Manager Action Plan Journey, the phases are as Diagnosis phase, Managerial Report phase, Action phase, Individual Managerial Journey phase.

Stages of Managerial Capability Development:
